A home that stays organized, week after week.

Keeper gives you back your time and takes the ongoing work of managing your home off your plate.

We start with a whole-home onboarding that builds organization systems around the way your family lives. Then we come back every week to keep them working, anywhere in Southern Oregon.

What we solve

One more thing competing for your attention.

At Keeper, we know how hard it can be to balance a career, family life, and everything that comes with managing a home. When there’s never enough time, laundry piles up, clutter creeps in, and keeping the house organized becomes one more thing competing for your attention.

How Keeper works

We learn the home first, then maintain it.

  1. Complimentary in-home assessment

A Keeper team member walks the home with you, hears how your family lives in it, and talks through what's getting in the way.

  2. A quote built around your home

Once we have seen your home, we give you one monthly price that covers everything your Keeper does on every visit.

  3. A fresh start with whole-home reset

We deep clean your home, establish practical household systems, and document the details in your Home Manual for consistent, ongoing care.

  4. Ongoing household support

Each week your Keeper resets the home: clutter put away, clean laundry sorted, folded and delivered to the right rooms, and surface-level cleaning throughout the home, including floors.

What we do

What your Keeper does

Every home gets all of this on every visit.

  • Clutter put away

Everything back in its designated place.

  • Systems kept working

The organization we built, maintained every visit.

  • Laundry folded and sorted

We fold your clean laundry and place it in the appropriate rooms, ready to put away.

  • Surfaces and floors

Surface-level cleaning throughout the home, including floors.

  • The same Keeper

Whenever we can, someone who already knows your home.

Included with onboarding

The Home Manual

During onboarding we document every system we build: what goes where, and how to put it back. That record of your home is what your Keeper works from, so your home gets consistent, thoughtful care every visit.

Sound familiar?

Who needs a Keeper?

If any of these sound like your house, you’re exactly who we built Keeper for.

  • We both work full days. The house gets whatever’s left of Sunday.
Two-career households who want their weekends back.
  • The laundry is winning, and the kids keep making more of it.
Busy families with kids at home.
  • My office is ten feet from the laundry pile.
Anyone who works from home and never really clocks out of it.
  • Life got hard, and the house slipped. I can’t catch up on my own.
Anyone going through a hard stretch: a new baby, a move, an illness, a loss.
  • I’ve bought the bins. I’ve watched the videos. It never sticks.
People who were never natural organizers, and don’t want to become one.
  • I don’t need someone to wipe the counters. I need help with all of it.
Anyone who needs more than a cleaner.
